In order to effectively recruit and manage, it’s important to understand the inclusive approaches to engaging a multigenerational workforce. As VP of Marketing at GoCo, Allie is responsible for setting the go-to-market strategy for GoCo’s products, and generating demand through marketing programs. With over a decade of experience leading marketing for SaaS startups and scale-ups, Allie is passionate about driving growth by blending the art of creative marketing campaigns with the science of data analytics and buyer behavior. 

Allie also serves as the Executive Champion on GoCo’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Task Force, and is a vocal advocate for People Ops, and making work a better, more equitable place for everyone.

Your Speakers:

Richard Butler is Employ’s first Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. He is also a college professor at Robert Morris University teaching classes on leadership, organizational ethics, and multicultural perspectives. Prior to Employ, Richard worked for the City of Pittsburgh where he managed Talent & Wellness Development. He has also served as the Inclusion Manager at USRowing and as a part of the USRowing Diversity Taskforce and the United States Olympic & Paralympic Diversity Taskforce, among many other professional and volunteer roles. With 15 years in DE&I, he has a wide range of experience facilitating inclusion, diversity, equity, and racial literacy workshops.

Kelli Mason is the co-founder of JobSage, an employer review site that brings transparency to the workplace topics that matter most to diverse professionals. Kelli has previously led People Operations at two fast-growing startups, launched a workplace inclusion consulting firm, and worked as a lawyer. She was on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list for her leadership and efforts building more inclusive workplaces in the tech and legal industries. Kelli is a graduate of Stanford Law School and Rice University, cum laude.

As VP of Sales at GoCo.io, Bryan is responsible for leading all revenue strategies, operations, and team members to drive growth. Bryan’s leadership style focuses on development of everyone in his sales organization, with an emphasis on skills, product and industry expertise, and personal development.

With over 20 years of experience leading sales organizations, Bryan received the Stevie Award for Sales Operations Professional of the Year, and was recognized as one of the 25 Most Influential Sales Professionals by the American Association of Inside Sales Professionals.  He has led his companies to be recognized on theInc.com 500 Fastest Growing Companies list on five occasions, including four consecutive years.
