Humanizing the Workplace: What Does It Mean and Where Do I Start?

How do we go beyond policies and procedures to create a work environment where every individual feels seen, heard, and valued?

Aug 20 · Tuesday

It's easy for leadership or HR to get caught up in busy day-to-day tasks and put the "human" aspect of the company as a "thing to follow up on" on your to-do list. But your employees are more than just their performance reviews, email signatures, or Slack profile pictures. Even during the 8 hours at their desk, they're people, too.

There are handbooks, laws, and compliance… and then there’s the question of what’s the right thing to do for the employee as well as for the company (spoiler: you've got to have a balance of both).

Join GoCo and Kelly Simants (SPHR – Managing Director, Texas HR Team & Nevada HR Team) for "Humanizing the Workplace" as she unpacks the concept of humanizing the workplace and offers practical guidance on making it happen.

Topics Include:

  1. What does Humanizing the Workplace mean?
  2. How to Create a Culture of Empathy
  3. Benefits to the Company & the Employee
  4. Types of Scenarios Employees Are Navigating
  5. Best-in-Class Programs/Policies to Implement that Support Humanizing the Workplace

Don't miss this opportunity to transform your workplace into a more human-centric environment. By attending this webinar, you'll gain valuable insights and practical strategies to make a meaningful impact on your organization's culture. Together, let's create a space where every employee feels valued and empowered to thrive.
